By accessing or using Clinivoz's AI phone and chat agent services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Clinivoz provides AI-powered phone and chat agents designed for ABA and speech therapy clinics. Our services include automated call answering, appointment scheduling, patient intake, and related communication tools.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

HIPAA and Healthcare Compliance

For healthcare organizations, we will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required by HIPAA. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable healthcare regulations.

Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Additional usage beyond your plan's included minutes will be billed at your plan's per-minute rate. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

Clinivoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms.
